Gnasher2
Nigel Bent (aka Fatcat) is your man for info on the series. I think he did quite a few of them last season. I intend to do as many as I can this year in the new car as it should be more competitive than the old one.

jimmyslr
I expect to do a few of these this year alongside a few SEMSEC, but have not competed in Mag7s before. I hear it's pretty friendly, gentlemen racer type stuff with modest contact (unlike some of the one type series)

jchasey
I'll be mainly doing the BARC intermarque (check out www.intermarques.co.uk for more details on calendar) but hope to do at least on e Mag7's and possibly SEMSEC. Then planning on the Mag7's Spa race in 2012... John

Fishy Dave
Maybe one less too - unless the car sales market picks up I don't think I'll have the money to race this year ☹️ David Smitheram, Wiltshire (South) Joint AR, 07718 368173. 1600 supersport race car www.racelife.co.uk

taffyracer
there's some nice people in M7's and the cars at the front have some serious power, think 300bhp+ so you should fit in ok with the yob, some really good drivers as well but I found the CSCC generally (peter french exluded-who's a good guy) a nightmare to deal with and to talk sense to and I know others feel the same and that really takes alot of fun out of it for me, also once you've raced on slicks swapping to road tyres is not as much fun, I did 2 races in 2010, was hit twice by the same car, 1st time was a lunge causing over 2k's worth of damage and the Tw*t hasn't even had the decency to come and talk to me It's an ok series and the grids are good, mainly due to the low cost and good seat time, but it would be alot better if it was organised by the BARC or BRSCC IMHO Edited by - taffyracer on 13 Feb 2011 09:04:
prosport
Have raced caterhams for last 9 or 10 years inc 750 motor club, caterham championship with BRSCC, BARC, and others, and i have to say i find the CSCC Club the most friendly, well organised, and best value club i have ever raced with. A great bunch of people doing a great job, which is proberly why every other club is trying to copy their format ! Role on Spa!
Redmax
We've raced in Mag 7s for the last couple of seasons. If there's anything specific you want to know then happy to help... Jason
