captsleepy
Once the snow has gone and it is warm enough to work in the garage again without freezing I need to change the front shocks and springs on my 1990 De Dion XFlow. The question is GAZ, AVO or SPAX and what spring rate, mostly road use with occasional track day?
Terry Field
Do a search for shocks in Tech Talk - lots in there Terry 1700XF - Team Lotus with flares.
bstark
for GAZ for me, and at a sensible price. From memory 270lb front springs on my road/sprint/trackday xflow - live axle, though. Bob Stark Supersprinter
jonboylaw
I was running 300lbs springs and Gaz on the front and 125's on the back (live Axle). Just moved to AVOs and will run the same spring rates. Gaz were fine for me. Jonathan ========================= My Flickr Gallery 92 Supersprint, Ford LSD LA, RK AX Crossflow.
