hi dave forgive me if im being a numpty but is it a FIA bar or the standard non FIA lower type?

I think it is the FIA bar but I'll check. How can I tell by the way? :-)

FIA bar has either a diagnonal supporting bar (Safety Devices version) or a cross of 2 x diagonal bars (Caged version).

 

The SD one looks like this here - which is for a live axle but it looks the same. The Caged one is here. The bar in your PH picture looks like the R500 non-FIA bar, which has wider tubing than the standard rollover bar, and if so would be this one. HTH
