Site Manager Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 I'm afraid that to cure the issue that we had a couple of weeks ago our ISP installed later versions of the operating system and database software. Unfortunately whilst the existing hardware is adequate to run the basic functionality, it doesn't appear to have the horsepower necessary to run the search suitably well. We have already started the process of selecting a new host and will be moving as soon as we can. Apologies in the meantime.
