Superlight R Rear Anti Roll bar

My seven doesn't have an anti roll bar (Its a roadsport), what I'm after is the underslung anti roll bar which I assume will give me better handling.. Anyway I rang Caterham and asked for a price, they could'nt quote me exactly and Icouldn't order because Ihave no idea what arb size I need.

 

Next year I'm going to be sprinting, and as part of teh winter induced upgradeitis I was going to fit one of these..

 

What I'm after is advice, whats a good all round suspension package, i.e.

 

front arb size

rear arb size (based on above upgrade)

springs?

improved turn in camber castor toe in toe out (thats a dance move isn't it?)

 

I will prior to spring be fitting A032R's (if that makes a difference)

 

- I can't afford the widetrack suspension

I think its about 150 quid in total (alex birtwisle had one fitted recently). alternatively I got a fully adjustable (takes about 30 seconds), lighter one from freestyle for 200...
