Al Duncan Posted September 5, 2002 Share Posted September 5, 2002 I am having problems plugging the small ECU2 plug into the ECU(type EU3). The large one went in okay but the white inserts in the smaller plug would appear to be preventing the plug engaging. Could they have been inserted wrongly or is there some knack to it 🤔. Al Duncan Posted September 5, 2002 Author Share Posted September 5, 2002 Hoopy It is the smaller of the two plugs (ECU plug2 on the EU3 wiring diagram ) It looks as if it should fit but the white nylon insert which is inserted between the pin sockets is catching on the small alignment ribs of the plug. I am now becoming a bit concerned as being part of the loom it is not something you could send back and its a long way from the factory ❗ Thoughts of getting it starting up this weekend are fading ☹️ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No wishing to sound rude - but is it upside down 🤔 or do many bits of plug get in the way the other way up 🤔 I'm far more familiar with the EU2 setup.
