Team Escargot
Stone flags Removed from 15th century house About 8sq m – all around 100mm thick - sizes vary from .5m sq to .75m. Any interest before e-bay – sensible offers – pick up only from home near Bath / Trowbridge in Wiltshire Nick
Nifty
Have you asked the National Trust or English Heritage (assuming that the stone flags are anywhere near as old as the house). My father sold quite a few roof timbers from an old barn to a heritage society. Would be a crying shame for them to be sold to someone in a nouveau mansion when a historic building was in need of them. ======================================== Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
Area Representative Golf Juliet Tango Posted October 4, 2010 Area Representative Share Posted October 4, 2010 Nifty, my thoughts exactly. Democratic dissent is not disloyalty, it is a positive civic duty.
