bobt Posted September 29, 2010 Share Posted September 29, 2010 When places like Arch fit new side panels etc do they just drill new holes into the chassis before riveting (I hope not!) or somehow drill the panel such that it lines up with the existing holes in the rail? Tikey Posted September 29, 2010 Share Posted September 29, 2010 The beauty of having made the chassis's for such a long time and having the jigs, is that replacement panels are drilled as the original ones would have been and they will fit straight back on to an old chassis with no extra drilling being required Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

An Arch fitted panel, the holes will pick up the existing holes in the chassis (well 99% of them - I had to fit a few that were missed). I think he uses a jig for this.
