Although if it means it can be registered somewhere like France, I suppose it is worth considering for some people.

Douglas Valley always appear to be asking a lot/understating the damage.

I only look out of curiosity but would assume that the "price" is just a negotiating point.

Too right! "needs painting if your are a perfectionist" It's got rust inside the cockpit and they include a spare back panel to replace the damaged one.

DVB are astonishing. I have no idea how they sell anything. That much for a car that needs a huge amount or work. Not quite a basket case, but close.

Its pretty horrible here as you can't just buy a car for what it is. You have to say - Is it importable? The easiness of the import can add anything between 1000 to 5000euros as the cost of the dreaded tests here can mount up, that's if its even possible!! No post 1995 carburettored cars, no kit built etc etc etc .....

Obviously all IMHO
