Removing the screen and the old rubber is a POP and fitting the new rubber to the old screen is relatively easy too, but ensuring the rubber lies consistently flat on the scuttle after refitting the screen isn't so easy. I've done... er... 5 now and managed to get my last one mostly right, although that was by more experimentation. I'm not sure I could explain how. It looks easy enough but as with all things...
