SOLD -1400SS for sale

Hi all,

I`m toying with selling my 1400 Super aport, and was wondering if you whether thought I was in the right "ball park"....

Car....

1995 "M", 16700 miles, dark blue (Honda Monte Carlo I believe) with black pack (carbon front wings and stone chip protectors).

13" minators with black centres and AO48r`s.

FIA bar

Q/R suede sterring wheel

Leather (pre-"S" type) adjustable seats

Jill Judd half hood

Caterham wind deflectors

Spares....

1600 "K" series dry sumped (believed Caterham development engine- I have original corrospondence) with dyno time only.

dry sump pump

Caterham bell tank

1800VVC head and cams ( as removed from car if memory serves me..)

Rover/SU throttle bodies

Spare non OEM caterham nose and front wings

Plus various other "sundry" spares....

As to condition, the car is in good condition, and in my opinion would make ideal "first" seven (cheap tax etc) served me well!. It has a few stone chips to the nose and rear wings, and the odd minor dent here and there...

Only bad point is the diff needs looking at, as it has developed a knocking(think it`s the diff anyway?)!

I was thinking £10250 ono all in, or I would split the dry sump engine, bell tank, pump, throttle boddies and head of for £1600 ovno.

Have a look at the link at the bottom of this post for a couple of pics, but can e-mail more...

What do you reckon... am I in the right "ball park"??

Cheers

Colin.

Thats a lot of car for the money *eek* I had the 1.4 SS for a while - great little engine that suited the car really well in SS spec.... *smokin*

Good luck with the sale *thumbup* *cool*
