Indicators not working

Tight fart

Recommended Posts

Check the wires to the right "faulty" circuit. it sounds to me that you have lost a connection in the circuit, post relay. Is the right side earthed/gounded correctly? When the hazards are on there maybe a good earth though the left circuit so all works OK.

Is it SUMMER yet? 😬

Possibly better with the non digital type. Anyway, On the voltage range connect with the centre pin of the holder and an earth point (the chassis should do fine). With the indicator activated you should see a deflection towards 12V in unison with the relay switch. Now switch to the reistance range or use the buzzer (continuity check) and check for low resistance from holder surround (where the two small dowels twsit into) and the earth point. a low resistance value should be correct, obviously high resistance will indicate an open circuit and a fault. I hope this makes sence.
