jingars Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Seeking to track down an irratic warm idle on my ex 1.4, now 1.8K EU2 with forward facing plenum and stepper motor throttle assembly - lots in the tech talk archive to be playing with. However, I am stuck with identification of this bit, which has a pipe running from the plenum into it, then another going to the Rover Mems. It is fixed via a bracket to the bulkhead just by the MEMS. Can someone please assist? Ta. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Frying Pan Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 It's an atmospheric pressure sensor. Was dumped when MEMS went to EU3. They can get oil in them which stops them working.... -----See some pictures of the build here. 18,000 miles completed!
