Shad
The good bits: > Freshly powder coated > Brand new bushes > One low mileage ball joint and one brand new > Basically as-new The bad bits: The powder coater I used didn't block off the threaded tube for the ball joint during blasting. As a result, some of the media has been baked onto the threads. I've had the thread re-cut as far the eng. firm could go, which wasn't far enough. So they have also cut down the ball joints by an inch or so. Now, this is far from ideal. With the joints screwed in as far as they can go it leaves approx. 10mm and 11mm of thread after the securing nut. I don't think this is quite enough for any negative camber, it's possibly around zero degrees but that's pure speculation. So the bottom line is these will require further attention before being usable. Either the ball joints need cutting down by another few mm or the threads in the wishbones need cutting deeper (somehow). Hopefully a simple job - and a bargain - for someone capable.
