being made illegal? ..............

Currently running 185/60/13 (on 6 or 6.5J, can never figure it out) on all corners. What do POBC think is the way forward without having to make any changes to the ride height to compensate for any change in tyre....... change due v soon! Only road use, mainly dry but clearly not restricted to.

Forgot to add want to stay on 13 as I much prefer the drive.

1.8ss with DVA pixie dust giving it approx 150 Bhp.

The legislation that MIGHT mean you can't buy extreme track biased tyres doesn't come in until November 2012 and there is still no proof that R888, etc. will not meet the required standards as nobody knows what those standards are going to be. Even when the legislation comes in it won't apply to tyres already sold so you won't be asked to remove them.

Buy what you want. If you are using R888 and happy with them then get some more.

I've done some further research and now know that the future standards have been published but the rest of my post still stands so happy high grip motoring. *cool*

Camskill have plenty of medium 13", got some yesterday. They dont have any med/soft or soft as they have been pulled from the general market, only available direct from Toyo once you explain you require just for track/sprint use. Source: Camskill.
