I have received a message from the organisers stating that only two entries for June have been received so far from our members.

I just can not believe that and have asked them to check it out.

Can anyone who has already entered post here so I can question things please.

Don't panic Mr Mannering *cry*

Just managed to speak with the entries Sec and it seems he had not linked Lotus 7 Club and the stack of Caterham Cars he had entered 😬

Never mind he will get me a list for later this week and I can then chase up those who have not entered yet. They are a bit worried by the numbers we may bring. 😳

Simon,

I spoke with the Brecon Comp Sec on Sunday - he gave me the impression that over 40 cars from L7C had entered - they are indeed worried where everyone will park - the paddock area id really tight for 80+ cars, support vehicles, sponsors vehicles, trailers etc. *eek* *eek*

However if the weather is good it is well worth the visit 😬 😬

Chris - They are expecting up to 40. Not sure of the numbers yet until later this week.

The paddock is tight but by the time you park all trailers in the field across the road and then use both the tarmac area and the gravel area its quite surprising the number of cars that can be hosted. 63 cars there last June and we all had tow cars alongside the sprint cars.

Its worth remembering its a Hill Climb not a sprint and as such we generally do not have the tow cars parked alongside the 7's

I make that 26 ☹️ Come on chaps I've been telling them to make room in the paddock 😳

Brecon MC are keen to keep us informed and really want to put on great event for us. Martin Leonard the CoC will be able to post on this forum probably from tomorrow so please be kind to him as he tries to help.

Be warned I have told him how badly you all behave and particularly about some of the more experienced competitors driving standards 😳

I am yet to explain the yellow trowel to him 😔
