MOT coming up so I've started doing a few obvious bits, needs handbrake fixing and a couple of tyres... there was an irritating oil seepage from the rocker cover so I decided to stick a new rocker cover seal on, and upon removing the cover was greeted by this... I got 1/4 mile down the road from the seller's house and it spluttered to a stop.
