CAT for 4-2-1

I am looking for, if it exists, a CAT to replace the section of a 4-2-1 exhaust for the once a year. I have this exhaust here

 

I have the original 4-1 short manifold exhaust system with CAT and was considering cutting down the can and fitting a coupler for this purpose, but will sell if it there is the cat piece available somewhere that fits instead.
