WD Posted August 18, 2002 Share Posted August 18, 2002 I am trying to attach the A frame to the DD Tube but the holes in the A frame collars are 1/2" and the o.d of the sleeve in the 'everymans' bush is 5/8". The nylon washers which are very thin seem to have no effect as there is a gap of about 4mm between the end face of the tube and the nylon washer. Should the bush go through the A frame tube ends not butting up to it as it is at present. There are no 5/8" washers that I can find to pack out the gap or is any mention made of this in the instructions. I am beginning to wonder if the holes drilled in the end of the A frame tubes could be the wrong size (1/2" instead of 5/8"). Any clarifiaction welcome.
