Adrian Elkin Posted August 23, 2002 Share Posted August 23, 2002 David/Barry, In the absence of any leather seats being offered I was looking at the option of getting some of the OLD cloth type, and then taking them up to Oxted triming to get re-covered in leather. So here we go in order of preferance:- Early 'S'-type leather seat. Pre 'S'-type (standard) leather seat. Standard cloth type seat (for re-covering). All these seats were fitted to se7ens made between the 80's and mid-90's before the seats that are currently fitted all new Caterhams were introduced. Are we clear on this now? I''m not expecting it to be cheap, but at least they''ll be as new! You can be sure I have a limit in mind though, and I''m looking for alternatives to to the work if the quote is unreasonable.
