(1) Western Digital HD Live - £75 +p&p (2) Xtreamer with passive Sidewinder cooling fitted - £70 +p&p (3) Popcorn Hour C-200 including IRK-200 IR remote control - £275 + p&p *arrowright*Harry Flatters - 263bhp of VX joy *arrowright* AKA Steve Mell - Su77on Se7ener Edited by - Harry Flatters on 17 Mar 2010 12:06:
Griff
The first two look interesting. I'm in the market a simple streaming device that can access our home NAS, mostly for music or photos via the TV and connected HiFi. Will either of these work reliably for this? Harry Flatters
Yes, I think you are right PH. I have put the PCH C-200 up on their own forum and I might decide to keep the Xtreamer for now. Hope the WD is OK . *arrowright*Harry Flatters - 263bhp of VX joy *arrowright* AKA Steve Mell - Su77on Se7ener
Petrolhead
The WD is fine thanks I stumbled across a review for the Xtreamer which gets rave reviews and some recon its better than the WD but at the point of buying I had only heard of the WD. The quality thro HDMI is excellent and even when I use it with composite on the SD Plasma upstairs it’s not bad ----- My site-----
