Dzus fastners - New SV Nosecone

Can any one tell me what size i need for the top and lower fixings as they are different

 

Also is there an alternative to using Caterham supplied clips? Car builder Solutions supply some but have so many different sizes. Anyone done this/

I wasn't aware that there was a difference between top and bottom as long as they are the flush fitting type for the top i.e. use a screwdriver rather than have a small "handle".

The only difference I am aware of is that the ones for a carbon fibre nosecone are different to cope with the "thinner" carbon fibre.

Suggest you ring Redline (no. in LF) - they'll supply the corrrect ones.

Thanks for the information. I have now sorted themand you rcorrect they are all the same size.

 

Trevor - The nosecone had an armco shape to it that was not to ones liking so it had to go 😬

And the Dzus fastners were rusty anyhow. So ner ner ner ner ner.... 😬

Flushed that oil out yet 🤔
