Simon.Rogers1
Mel rang today to update me on the current situation. Its not good! There are NO 215 SSoft in stock. 235 SS yes (not many) 215 Soft yes but not many. Here is the important bit. Kumho are not expecting another delivery for at least a couple of months. In the past that has meant significantly longer. So if you think you may need some do it now. Simon Competition Sec Management Team Member If in doubt.......Flat out! Martin S.
If anyone gets desparate I have some 215 softs I could be persuaded to part with. I think 2 of them are unused. Part time Class 4 Zetec

Jason Plato
why are unavailable or very limited available tyres that offer a massive advantage over the next best option still permitted ?. The alternative ACB 24 compound tyre that is available was banned on cost grounds. 😔 here is my Duratec R .... C7 TOP Taffia AO
Adrian Williams
Because at last years technical forum in November there weren't any supply issues. In the three years we've used them supply has always been sufficient. Edited by - Adrian Williams on 26 Feb 2010 12:58:

Martin S.
2 sold to Matthew. 2 (K21 softs) still available with 4 - 5mm of tread I'd say, one of them was on the front ns so has the usual "graining". Part time Class 4 Zetec
DSL
Could be a bit of an arse for someone with a competitive streak thinking of coming along to play at a couple of events for sure ☹️ .....
robmar
wondering how much life left in last seasons 215 ss fronts
skydragon
I bought a set of soft 215's from my local tyre dealer last month, no problems at all, so it might be worth asking around (?).
Simon.Rogers1
The issue is not Soft compound as I said although there are not to many of those at Kumho HQ. Its Super Soft in 215 that are out of stock. Mel tells me they are concentrating a lot of production on the slick. Class 6 with Mr Nelson it is then 😬 Competition Sec Management Team Member If in doubt.......Flat out!
rgrigsby
Guess my 2 year old soft Kumho's are going to do another season this year, you never know I might actually manage enough events to wear them out this time 😳 Rob G PS Does that count as the first drivers excuse of the year? 😬 Edited by - rgrigsby on 28 Feb 2010 11:42:
