nope, nothing at all - in the next couple of weeks I will be putting a complete set of SLR wheels up for sale - I'm happy to sell the spare front and rear rim individually.

2 - 8.5" rears with shiny new, unused rims fitted

2 - 6.5" fronts

1 - 6.5" front with a shiny new, unused rim and a factory refurbed center

1 - spare 8.5" rear rim without a center

4 - plastic center covers with locking bolts and key

For what it's worth... I believe that KN changed the design from a non rolled edge to one with a "lip" in order to add strength.

If the rim ever gets bent they are REALLY difficult to repair as the "split" rim is actually a welded item requiring a jig to do the job properly. KN have destroyed all the jigs now.

I only mention this a someone on this forum may be able to offer a solution to this issue.

IMHO the wheels still look the business.

The jigs have not been destroyed - but they no longer make the rims (of either type)

I went up to the factory last week and bought the last of the spare rims which are being welded, polished and fitted to my old centers this week. The jigs were sitting in a storeroom under the ventilation ducts with a pile of spare centers and the last of the rims.

The rears will have the later rolled edges, of the three fronts only one has the rolled edges - the spare rear rim is the earlier non-rolled edge type.
