Bullet Cam question

Only if it's got AV-In as well as out, probably unlikely with an older camera, way to check is to try and copy something to the camera either from the TV or VHS using the three cables and if required a Scart converter

If your parents camcorder is a digital 8 model (as opposed to a DV or Hi8 one) theres a very good chance that you can get a 'widget' to enable analogue input. Good places for widgets are LynxDV and Datavision.

If its a Hi8 camcorder it probably wont have analogue inputs, if its a DV one from the higher end of the range it might well do so but you will need to check the instructions and/or try what Mark suggests.

Unfortuately widgets tend not to enable analogue inputs on models other than the digital 8 camcorders , their primary function is to enable DV-input so you can write from a PC to DV tape after editing.
