Jason Plato Posted February 14, 2010 Share Posted February 14, 2010 you dont have to remove the radiator - an alternate way is to remove the the rack by easing through the gap that exists between the front of the engine and behind the upper cross member on the chassis and out over the top of the sideskins near the front bonnet springs ...... if you follow ..... here is my Duratec R .... sjmmarsh Posted February 14, 2010 Share Posted February 14, 2010 Dave I couldn't get it ou that way on my SV - unbolting the radiator, but leaving the hoses on, made it much easier.
