Area Representative Richard Price Posted February 5, 2010 Area Representative Share Posted February 5, 2010 Do I need to enter the championship even if I am only doing a few events? If you are only going to enter the two L7club run curborough sprints or the two BMMC, then No you don't need to enter the championship. However, if you wish to enter events run by any other club, then you will need to be a registered championship contender.
Nigel Fox
If you mean you want to enter a few Lotus 7 championship rounds, then you need to enter the championship. Most events are organised by local clubs, and we, (L7 club) are invited to enter. At these events you need to be able to produce your championship entry card. The Curborough L7 rounds are organised by the club and open to all. So I think the answer is yes, you need to enter the championship to do a few L7 rounds.
