4ster
Failed posting in For Sale so just trying a post here to see if it works - at the risk of attracting too much attention from the Shedders Race Technology DL90 Data Logger for sale. 4ster
Right, that worked so I had better see what was wrong with the text in my failed posting. Paul
4ster
Talking to myself, I know 😳 but it won't accept the complete text so trying it in bits, to see where the problem lies. Includes software, GPS sensor & sender, power & connection leads, serial port connector and original case. It is in perfect working order and excellent cosmetic condition. This is the older version of the logger which predates the Race Technology DL1 and needs a serial connection to download the data. Modern laptops tend not to have serial ports so, if you don’t have an old machine; the whole unit is easily removed and connected direct to a desktop. I am also including a USB to serial converter which should make it possible to connect to a modern laptop. It worked OK when I tried it on one but refused to do the job on another – so no guarantees! 4ster
Next bit. The DL90 provides all the usual logger data such as mph, revs, longitudinal & lateral g forces etc. and also draws a track map which can be split into sectors for analysis & comparison. All very revealing! Paul
4ster
Last bit This will be going on eBay shortly but can be secured now for £120 + postage. Selling because Father Christmas brought me a DL1. Please Blatmail me if you are interested or want more info. It wouldn't post with the links so now I know where the problem lies! If anyone was following this, you really should find something more entertaining to do on a Friday evening Paul
