naddy
I needed to get my exhaust primaries polished to match the collector that I bought off blatchat that was already polished... The primaries were off ebay and a bit grotty... As suggested elsewhere on the forums I tried looking under metal polishers in the phone book for somewhere local (thanks Stu F & Nick Chan but Amain's was too far to travel, especially in this weather!) Made a few calls and settled on Unique Stainless Steel Polishing Services in Oldham, about 2 mins from where I work! Results here £30 and I collected them a couple of hours or so after I dropped them off. Very pleased. If anyone is interested it's 0161 628 3293 you should ask for Danny and do phone first, I think I was lucky with the immediate turn-around. They have changed premises very recently too - I went to the wrong address at first! Do I have to indicate that I have no connection with them? naddy
Martin, are you implying that I have a reputation for keeping an unclean exhaust 😬 And yes, I have a collector surplus... I fact I have far too many exhaust bits and will need to have a sale soon...
