Anthony
Hi, there must be a few cars out there that have converted Has anyone got a good way of covering the rivnuts ? I have tried silicone in the hole and paint over, but some how it is not very elegent The rest of the car is in good shape so if I can I would prefer to avoid reskinning the car and spend some money on CF wings ! I welcome any thoughts Regards Anthony
Big Brother
Check out the 7gallery here Look at the modifications page to see how it should be done! (here) Better still, you could always cover the holes with a sexy pair of sleek clamshell wings 😬 Steve www.Se7en-Up.co.uk Edited by - steve motts on 9 Aug 2002 18:32:
Hibster.
Put the wings back at once, real Se7ens have clamshells Paul
CHRIS CLARK
I agree with removing the Clamshells............................................................................................................................................. It gives you a good chance to clean the bodywork and those really annoying little stones from out of the plastic trim. You then do the sensible thing & refit the 'Superior' Clamshells of course!!! Don't be persauded by all the cycle wings around. It's just the masses getting it wrong; like ten thousand lemmings!!!

Harvey
Find a sponsor with a long name and have decals made up! Edited by - Harvey on 10 Aug 2002 15:25:
Violet Elizabeth
I have seen the holes filled with roundheaded bolts. Looks pretty damn good, sort of like they are supposed to be there for a structural reason. Recall this was the way JamMad went, and his is a very smart wee beastie. Not that I approve of course
