Ideally want to be able to go and buy one for the weekend locally (London) as I cannot drive to Caterham Parts - due to knackered battery! 😬24,000 miles in 1 year! When I rang them, they even told me the battery number. Clay Head Posted August 10, 2002 Share Posted August 10, 2002 I recently replaced my battery with a race one from Demon Tweaks - red tab by Varley- and its the same height and width but half the depth. Now, anyone out there with a dry sum and a battery mounted under the carbs should take note as this makes life much easier in removal. It also has huge cranking ampage!
