Phil,

I did, and I've printed it out (well I had to Copy and Paste it as outlook will not allow me to print just the 1st page). I need to clear things with "her in doors".

Wingham hey! The shop keeper (is it a spar?) next to the post office is possibly the most talkative person I've met. Don't be in a hurry if you go.

Well there is a lunchtime blat destination! (via a long way obviuosly!)

No too worries about tensility as these are to hold the engine to one of those Oval shaped legs (each side).

Fast Westie, I thought 8.8 was high tensile compared to bolts with no markings on them at all. According to a book in front of me, the iso grades start at 4.6 with a strength of 40kg/mm2 compared to 8.8 with 70kg/mm2

A standard mild steel bolt with no markings might be SAE grade 2, which is about ISO 5.8.

All according to the book I have open in front of me.
