Would also consider letting it out... it has been finished to a high spec so slight worry about tenants trashing it, but they should be good quality up here. Property next door is very similar and has never been empty in the 4.5 years we've been here. Also have a couple of big new offices opening in Canary Wharf in the not to distant, including KPMG.
