Recommended Posts

2003 1.8 K-Series 160HP

12000 miles

Full Caterham service history, major service done in April with sump foam change

MoT till April 2010

Tax till August 2010

Blue (exact colour I need to confirm, it's a kind of mid blue, non metallic)

6 speed gearbox

13" Superlight alloys with CR500s

Black pack

Apollo tank

Shift lights

Tillett seats

Adjustable platforms

Carbon nosecone, front and rear wings, dashboard etc

JPE gauges

SBFS half hood also in blue

Lowered floor on driver's side

12V power socket in cockpit

Spare clutch and throttle cables, plus cans of tyreweld (never used!)

Due to a collapsed house purchase, I am having to find rental accomodation. Unfortunately there is a reasonable chance of me not finding a place with a garage for the Caterham, hence the very sad reason for a sale.

Guide price for the sale is £18000

If you are interested, then do get in touch via Blatmail. The car is in excellent condition, drives fantastically and is very well cared for. I am currently on holiday but will try to upload some pictures when I get back at the weekend.

BEN!. Don't Do it! There must be another way. I'll ask my cous' in Aspley Guise if she has any rich friends with garage space.

Sleep on it, depression over fallen through sale will soon disappear. It's a buyers market out there and you'll find something else quickly.

Your presence in the Penn club has been really great for another newbie like me, and you haven't yet got the full enjoyment out of the car yet. So explore ALL other opportunities first!

Best of luck

Steve

Hi Steve

Thanks for the support!

In fact - I have decided myself not to sell the car. Thanks to all the people who have BM'd me about the car. I have found a flat to rent which has a garage. This is a massive bonus in MK - there are very few places like it....

Quite honestly, the Seven has been my best purchase ever. So much enjoyment. Now I can concentrate on winter upgrades.

Ben
