All kit is in good or very good condition and was purchased by a very wealthy American tenant from John Lewis (£5k + worth), so it is all good stuff - main issue I have to have the furnishings out by the 19th November.... Anyone in the buy to let business who wants to do me a deal Or have a son / daughter they need to furnish a property for? Moving kit out of property on tuesday AM into local lock up (so still available I guess *confused*0 If you haven't - place an offer 😬 BTW I missed a few items such as another wicker table, plus there are mirrors, pictures, rugs, ornaments, bowls etc which on the right offer acceptance will be thrown in!
