I have owned this car for 18 months and embarrassingly only used it on the road. It has been kept in a dry garage and not been driven in the rain. It is an ideal first Caterham and pre-SVA so no emissions testing. The car has never let me down and starts on the button every time. It is in excellent condition for a car of it's age.

Looks like a very nice car to me and I disagree with the perfect first Caterham sentiment

 

I had one of almost identical spec as my 4th Caterham and I enjoyed it much more than my R500.

Considering some have bulldozed straight into an R400 as a first car of late i would say it's a perfect first

car and it's first car money too, however, i do agree with you for once Graham my 105Bhp classic was huge fun 🥰
