Blue P524 on the car park at the back of what is or was a church, between the Great Portland Street tube station and the Melia White House hotel.

Thanks for the spot. The church is now an exhibition/venue operation (Onemarylebone) and I had been fitting up an exhibition about expensive watches (I didn't handle the products, or even see them)

All Saints was previously owned by SPCK, so has been deconsecrated for a long time.

Thanks for the website link - looks a cracking venue, like the sort of place we might make use of at work at some point. SWMBO reckons they use the venue on some of the period drama's for wedding scenes.

 

Do you end up there often? If so, I'll look out for your car in the future - whenever I'm working in London I stay at the Melia White House...

First time I have been there but very familiar with the location as I was a student at UCL. For a year as a student I lived in Colosseum Terrace in Albany Street.

 

As a venue it looks OK (as a small venue), typical of churches of that era but modified (as many have been) by partitioning the balcony from the central part.
