Expanding foam race seat type stuff?

Need some help from the POBC. My other half can't fully reach the pedals in the Caterham, even when the Tillett is at full extension on it's adjustable runners. Can you get like expanding foam or some other stuff that moulds into the shape of your body? Bit like kart seats? Or am I dreaming?

 

I suppose that we could resort to using some pillows or old cushions or something, but it would be nice to have something that fits properly or which is moulded to her. Any help? Cheers.

pedals are also adjustable, this you know right?

I take it you want to make a temporary seat shell which you can slot into the Tillett for the other half and take out when you drive, as it's not practical to adjust the pedal with each change in drive.

 

Seen it done on the L7CC several times.

From past experience follow the temperature recommendations in the thread otherwise you will be disappointed.

Just a thought, but has anyone made a booster seat out of this stuff? I imagine it must be possible, but presumably you would have to follow some rules???
