Last used about 2 years ago and only stopped using it because I went to an LCD screen, so I assume that it still works OK! Comes with the monitor cable and I could probably dig out the power cable and destruction manuals/drivers CDs for it to. Small chip, as can been seen in the pics. Couple of pictures here and here.
