scooby dooby doo Posted July 29, 2002 Share Posted July 29, 2002 Quite a few things to sell after my recent rebuild: * supersport silencer - somebody asked me about this but I've not had a reply back for a while. needs repacking * one propshaft - the UJs are a bit shot but you never know - somebody might want one for research purposes! * fueltank clamping rail * seat runners (for both seats) * steering bracket - the one that lives under the scuttle - unused * UNDER OFFER Petty strut * UNDER OFFER stainless steel sills (with reserve bidder as well) * UNDER OFFER one headlight (the lens and lamp part - not the shell) * UNDER OFFER pedal box cover * UNDER OFFER rear springs suitable for standard bilsteins. hardly used, 180 lb/in * SOLD pair of standard mirrors * SOLD left (pre SVA style) head lamp stay * SOLD left front narrow track upper and lower wishbones - similar story. put a bid in if you want them make me an offer for any of it! scooby dooby doo Posted July 29, 2002 Author Share Posted July 29, 2002 it'll fit. its an unmolested cover but it has had 5 years of use. i suspect a quick attack with polish and it would look pretty much perfect. the new chassis came with a black powdercoated one so i can't compare... scooby dooby doo Posted July 30, 2002 Author Share Posted July 30, 2002 V7 - the glass is fine. its got a fairbit of gunk on it from tape at track days and silicone to hold on beam benders but its undamaged. it may be missing the little metal spring that holds the bulb in place as well. So half price rounded down somewhat cos they need a clean up. i've got a parts CD at home if you havn't got one to hand. and no. you can't have my Tillets! I might consider swapping them for your engine. I'm now back from finland, managed to find a car to collect the bits from Miraz's house (one car was at one caterham shop and one at another - its all very complicated...) so I'm now ready to get things sorted.
