Richard_E Posted July 29, 2002 Author Share Posted July 29, 2002 I have asked Caterham and they want £35 for one. I need to check the sender as I have lost about 0.5 bar after an oil change. Same oil make and grade used. 10W40. Before I was 4 bar on running and 2 bar on idle. I am now 3.5 bar on running and 2 bar on idle. The pressure now also seem to drop marginally (approx 0.25bar) when the engine is worked hard but returns to it new norm in 5 seconds. Would like to try a new sender before investigating further.
