Simon Dart Posted July 24, 2002 Share Posted July 24, 2002 Wierd one this. My 1996 1.4K ss runs fine when cold but as it warms up starts to misfire in a fairly random fashion. This only seems to happen when the ambient temperature it 15 degC or below (I get up early!). The misfire eventually gets better after around 10 mins. I'm reasonably sure that the HT side is Ok cos it's fine when the ambient temp is high. My hunch is its sensor/ECU related, anyone got any ideas?
