I have now changed to this oil from merlin that I used previously. here is my Duratec R .... Mike Molloy Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 Mmmm. Interesting. I had my ZF LSD overhauled by R&RT and Phil Stewart also recommended that I use the Ford oil. What difference in diff operation do you find with the Castrol product? Doesn't make it any quieter by any chance? My diff makes a right racket... Rob Walker Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I have also had trouble with my ZF diff when using the Ford Oil. I was loosing drive in slow left hand corners.
