Miltec
Should I fit and Apollo tank to my VX1600? Looking to do more track days and possible the sprint championship next year. VX 1600 Live Axle T440LKK rFactor: caterham.miltec.biz
Mark Gregory
No! Next question? To elaborate a little, all Classic Grads race cars are VX1600s, to my knowledge none of them run an Apollo tank (or dry sump). All the K-series Supers & most Megas run Apollo tanks (a few Megas are dry sump). HTH, Mark
h_____
assuming you arent running slicks, then agree with Mark!
Roger Ford
all Classic Grads race cars are VX1600s Have all the crossflows blown up, then?
Mark Gregory
Stop being so picky Roger My Classic Grad was a crossflow back in 2004 & there was one other racing then. Are there any crossflows in this year's field? Anyway, the crossflow did not have an Apollo tank either.
h_____
I did think about mentioning that, but thought Mark is right to a close approximation. There were a couple fords in the classics a couple of years ago, but lets say less than 10% of the field (ie. one or two).
