skydragon
Although I'm not competing in the L7C championship at Harewood, but my local (BARC centre) championship on 1/2 Aug at Harewood, I am looking forward to meeting you all and putting some faces to names at Harewood *wavey* Let's hope the weather is drier than in recent weeks. Just looking through the entry list for Saturday 1st Aug and everyone attending from L7C that day seems to have entered in either class 4 or class 5. That's great, but does everyone realise that these classes are for list 1b tyres only? (and that you have to have a full windscreen) (Hopefully it's a non issue and everyone knows this already, but I thought it best raise the issue here now, rather than have people experience scrutineering problems on the day. There are seperate classes for list 1a tyres usage etc). Hope this helps.
Mark Durrant
Skydragon I have already been in contact with the Entries Secretary and we will be in our own classes on the Saturday to save any issue with regs etc. Look forward to meeting you Mark D
skydragon
Thanks Mark Looking at the entry list on the HH website it didn't seem to show that. sp16
I was planning to come up with the nipper on the Sunday morning for a few hours. What time does it all get going? and is there a bacon buttie bar for breakfast / snack etc.. .. ..
Mark Durrant
sp16 I am still to receive the finals however, I would imagine practice would start around 9-9:30am and there is good quality catering on site for your bacon buttie and lunch. BadBob
Hoping to be there with my camera at least one day. A photogenic performance would be much appreciated. Lurid oversteer through the Esses and a spin at quarry will be fine, thank you 😬 __________________________ See my Build Cam to check on my Roadsport Sigma. Englishmaninwales
Post a wanted thread (on here rather than the general 'Wanted Section') as there may be some competitors with spare tickets. Otherwise pay on entry, around £10-15. Malcolm
sp16
Wanted.. .. .. .. if its not too cheeky 😬 Does anyone have one spare ticket for Harewood on the sunday? If so please let me know. Thanks
David Lynch
Entry is £10 though all competitors (well last year at least) get 4 tickets as part of the entry fee. Would expect we'll get final instructions with tickets and paddock pass etc. in the post early next week as final entry list only published Thursday night. sp16
Better weather on Sunday provided some good times and a great event. For anyone who has not been I can recommend going to an event, it was my first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done to all!
u01rsb
Just a quick note to say thanks to you guys for lending me a RHS steering arm, special thanks to Dave for helping me fit it and getting the car near-enough straight for Sunday *thumbup*. Mark D - I've already spoken to Redline and they will have the replacement arm and bolt waiting for you when you go in next. Unfortunately I've also got a front wheel bearing to fix now, but it's all learning eh? Thanks again, Rob B
