Roger Ford
Is there a story of this car on the web anywhere? I've often heard mention of it, but would love to read the full story. -----Roger Ford Racing - demolishing tyre walls for 15 years and counting. Pooh_R
Roger, I've not seen one. It was a great story with so very many people contributing differently, whether parts, time, design, or even buying lottery tickets. A large sum was raised for LRF. It was very well documented in Low Flying at the time. I think this is a good case for having an on-line (secure?) repository for historically important articles to be made available. Roger Ford
If you Google for "the car the club built" there are plenty of mentions, but all the links to "the full story" are broken. Anyone got an archive? -----Roger Ford Racing - demolishing tyre walls for 15 years and counting.
