Ian B
Suggestion 1: When a Blatchat thread is closed, it says who closed it, rather than just closed. And if it was not closed by the originator then a reason is given (doesn't need to be a long one, just something like "following a request by xxxx Ltd", "Inappropriate language" or "To avoid litigation", etc). Suggestion 2: When a thread is removed, the title remains (suitably edited if it is part of the problem), and a single post explaining the reason it has been removed. Would help when searching for threads that have been removed, and be more transparent to the members about what has been closed/removed, and why With several moderators, and aparantly only a small number of threads affected, it shouldn't be too onerous should it Barry? Ian B
There do seem to be quite a few posts here with no reply Roy. Barry, if you do revisit here, I think this suggestion will become much more useful, and prevent many more arguments in the future, given the discussions regarding moderation last weekend.
