BTW: advice please:- Can I clone the hard drive on my PC to a bigger drive and swop the drives over in some way? I realised that whilst I was paying insufficient attention my dribe is about 65% full.

@Norm - I get it at cost minus VAT at work ... RRP on above will be aprox £500 (270 to me) 😬

 

@GJT - Depends what OS you're running, but Partition Magic (recommended) or Norton Ghost (good 2nd choice) will both *COPY* partitions to another drive & expand the unused "white" space to make the new drive identical to the old one, but with more capacity.
