Stationary and slightly mossy modified Land Rover V8

Regretably I'm listing my V8 Landie for sale ☹️

She was an original factory V8, since coverted to EFi Range Rover V8 and four speed auto box. She has a Range Rover back axle and disc brakes all round plus rock sliders and a massive scaffold pole front bumper. Even in the slightly green state she is in, she looks the business*.

She hasn't turned a wheel for the last 3 (?) years which has obviously had a negative effect on her appearance. Suffice to say, there is rust in the rear chassis crossmember and the footwells/bulkhead. And the doors. And elsewhere.

N.B. She does not run. She did turn over but I suspect there are a combination of electrical gremlins.

There would be a lot of work to get her servicable again but she would make a fantastic project for someone with the space and time.

Sadly, I don't have the space to strip her apart as I once intended.

I honestly don't know how much she's worth. Optimistically I'm looking for value equal to or a trade for a complete '98/'99 Fireblade suitable as donor for the Caterham.

There are a couple pictures in my signature below.

Please blatmail me or post on here if interested.

* I have a fantastic pair of rose-tinted goggles included with the Landie.

I've been watching eBay. A glance at the completed listings shows clean ones to have sold for £1,750 to £2,100. Other people are asking over £3,000 but they don't seem to be selling.

I paid £3,250 for the Landie. Of course, she worked then *rolleyes* I guess I'm watching the bottom end of the 'blade market *tongue*

I've been after a landie for a while, i'm under instructions having bought a caterham three months ago and getting married in August that it shouldn't happen until after the honeymoon but what she doesn't know won't hurt her *smile*

Any chance of some recent photos for a realistic view on it?

Rupert
