TopQ1967
Hi I changed my standard master cylinder for an AP racing equivalent (supplied by CC). My pedal is now to hard! (almost no travel). Is this normal? Regards Quirin

Neophyte
I made the same change to my car very recently, perhaps worth giving yourself sometime to get used to it. It does feel better once you learn how it responds to input IMHO, which is as you observe quite different to the standard item. Might save another bill for changing back that way
Gridgway
There are two brake pedals available. The norm is when having the non-race M/C you have the high ratio pedal which gives a more solid feel. maybe trying the low ratio pedal might help? Pezky
Pedal will be alot harder, I think it gives more confidence when braking over the standard master cylinder.
henry21p
Yes. mine's like standing on a rock. brilliant. helps that the car stops like it has an anchor thrown out the back too 😬
Winky
I have that set up, last time I was at croix I found it painful to walk after as I bruised the bottom of my foot 😬 Get much more confidence breaking hard when you really think you've breaked too late before a hairpin
